From report to record
One report is a snapshot. Vector makes it a series.
Most people collect PDFs in an inbox and compare them from memory. Vector reads the report, hands the values back to you to check, then keeps them in one place so the next one has something to be compared against.
Bring in what you already have
The app reads a PDF, scan or photo of an Australian pathology report and pulls out the values, units and collection date. If the file is on a computer, the secure handoff sends it across without signing in on that machine.

What Vector noticed
Every metabolic result cleared the lab. Together they indicate insulin resistance.
Glucose is only sitting in range because insulin is running near the top of its own. Triglycerides are high and HDL is at its floor — the combination that precedes type 2 diabetes by years, and the one a glucose test on its own will not show.

What does Vector do with a pathology report?
Vector reads the report and turns it into tracked results. The app extracts each supported marker with its value, unit and collection date from a PDF, scan or photo, shows you an editable review, and saves only what you accept. From then on that marker has a history rather than a single reading.
Do I need a new blood test to start?
No. Vector is built for the reports you already have, and a single past report is enough to begin. Adding older reports gives the record more history immediately, and each new one adds a dated point to it.
Does Vector work with Australian pathology reports?
Yes — Australian reports are what Vector is built for. It keeps the units Australian laboratories print, such as mmol/L for cholesterol and nmol/L for vitamin D, and uses the marker names that appear on local reports rather than converting them to overseas conventions.
How does Vector estimate biological age?
Vector estimates biological age from your blood markers using a published, peer-reviewed foundation, then standardises the result against an age- and sex-matched population so the figure is not skewed for younger adults. The estimate is shown with a confidence level reflecting how much of your data it had, and the direction it moves across reports matters more than any single value.
Is Vector a diagnosis, or medical advice?
No. Vector organises the results you already have so they are easier to follow and easier to discuss at an appointment. It reads your reports, tracks every supported marker over time, and produces a summary you can hand your GP — the interpreting is theirs to do.
What does Vector cost?

Do I need an Apple Watch?
No. Apple Health data is optional context, not a requirement. If you do connect it, Vector reads signals such as resting heart rate, heart rate variability and sleep to fill the gaps between reports; without it, the record runs on your pathology results alone.
What happens to my health data?
It stays in your own account and is never sold. Vector carries no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, high-granularity sleep and workout data stays on your device, and report files are held in a private per-account store and cleaned up once their results are saved.
